What a wonderful surprise that was!
Last week I spent a flawless whole day at the recently opened Rakkan Mykonos at Kalo Livadi beach & I had the most amazing time, either lounging at the exclusive beach enjoying a 5-star service or having asia-inspired lunch, delicious desserts & refreshing cocktails at the opulently decorated bar-restaurant. I have the pics (look around) to prove it!
KING CRAB TARTAR: King crab, truffle-yuzu soy, avocado, mango
Signature RAKKAN ROLL: Black rice, avocado, shrimp tempura, spicy sauce, seared salmon in togarashi butter, wasabi mayo, kantaifi
Chocolate & coconut ice-creams -my favorite!
The COCKTAILS: Green Delight (left) with gin, melon liquor, fresh melon, lime, cucumber syrup & Chinawhite (right) with Stoli elit, lychee, vanilla syrup, pomegranate fresh
TUNA TATAKI: baby rocket, truffle-ponzu sauce
BANANA CARAMEL dessert: Dusley chocolate cremeux with caramelized bananas in Suntory whisky, peanuts crumble & coconut ice cream
CHICKEN TERIYAKI: Sous vide, carrot puree, teriyaki sauce
