DIY cocktail: How to make a Pimm’s Cup at home

A classic Pimm's Cup cocktail as they serve it at Zonars

Pimm’s Cup may be the usual british summertime drink, but I think it’s pretty cool to order it (or make it yourself at home) any time here in the warm Mediterranean, winter or summer, day or night.

That’s how you should make it…

INGREDIENTS: 2 oz Pimm’s No. 1, 3 oz Sprite, 7UP or ginger ale, 1 or 2 cucumber slices, 1 strawberry, hulled and cut into quarters + some red fruits, half an orange slice, 1 lemon slice, 6 mint leave.

PREPARATION: Add all the ingredients to a highball glass filled with ice and stir to combine. (To mix things up a bit, you can replace the Sprite, 7Up or ginger ale with champagne.)
