When I feel a bit down, the only thing that makes me instantly happy is a delicious dessert & by that I don’t mean just chocolate. One of my favorite antidepressants lately is this delicious Pavlova found in 57 All Day Resto Bar in Glyfada.
Pavlova, named after a famous Russian ballerina, is a meringue cake with a crisp crust and soft, light inside, topped with strawberries (or other seasonal berries) as well as whipped cream.
And I assure you that it doesn’t just sound WOW!, but it also tastes like it 🙂
