Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, not just because they say so, but because I feel it the minute I open my eyes every morning. If there is not enough to eat for breakfast (cereals, eggs, cake, juice, yogurt…) I feek sick & depressed. And I don’t want to start my day like this!
Find below some ideas for a yummy as well as healthy breakfast. But don’t let me be misunderstood: I am no health-freak at all… By «yummy» I mean «to-die-for» & by «healthy» I mean «of great quality and high standards».
